DONATING YOUR BRAND'S EVENT
TO A NONPROFIT IS EASY!
Select your brand's desired annual advertisement in the Advertisement Store based upon the size and number of events that your brand wishes to receive.
If you wish to donate an event, that event will be removed from your available inventory of events associated with your advertisement level.
*Note: Donating your event does not effect your brand's advertisement on the R.E.C.E.S.S. campaign truck.
In the Advertisement Store, select the item
adding an optional donation for catering.
Select a participating nonprofit to receive your event donation*.
*"Event" does not indicate a monetary donation. "Event" represents an 8 hour usage of the R.E.C.E.S.S. food-truck.
**Accepted catering donations will be received by the nonprofit as an in-kind donation, and are to be used exclusively for the donated R.E.C.E.S.S. event.

The recipient nonprofit confirms/denies the event donation based on nonprofit standards and requirements.
Confirmed event donations are scheduled & managed by the nonprofit,
operating as though it were a R.E.C.E.S.S. brand event.
Event participation is at the discretion of the nonprofit. Any unscheduled events will be returned to the advertiser for donation to an alternate nonprofit.
During the nonprofit event, the donating brand is invited to attend and receive recognition as the sponsoring brand that has provided the usage of the R.E.C.E.S.S. all-electric food-truck.
The host nonprofit uses the R.E.C.E.S.S. food-truck to provide service to volunteers, fundraiser supporters, and event participants.
