RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All rights reserved by RECESS, Seedling LLC, and D3 Designs Inc and all subsidiary companies, and shall be referred to forthcoming as “RECESS”. All advertisers, caterers, sponsors, and customers shall are referred to as “ADVERTISER”.
YEAR LONG ADVERTISEMENT:
Purchased advertisements will remain on the street-side of the RECESS truck for the duration of 1 (one) full year starting July 4th, 2020.
Advertisement graphic design and content must gain written approval by RECESS prior to placement on the RECESS truck.
"VIP EVENT" booking is limited to one, 8-hour event per advertiser per quarter during the years 2020/2021. All VIP EVENTs must take place within 100 miles of an active, accessible, California hydrogen fueling station. Purchase of advertisement does not guarantee event availability, all bookings are subject to change. Advertisement purchase does not include event-booking fees, permitting fees, or culinary fees, and does not include food. Event booking fees and food to be paid by advertiser. Food service to be provided by RECESS-approved, health department permitted, catering companies. Culinary pricing options to be determined by caterer prior to event booking. Food product advertising events may forgo caterer participation with RECESS staff approval. VIP EVENT includes supervised truck participation, hydrogen fuel for the duration of the event, and RECESS staff supervision of truck activities. All event bookings coordinated with event venue by Advertiser with RECESS approval of operation.
A sponsorship plaque indicating the advertiser, year, and additional information will be presented to an attending representative of the advertising company at the RECESS Launch Event. Launch Event details will be provided to each advertiser a minimum of 30 days prior to the Launch Event. Advertisers who are not present during the launch event will have their Advertising Plaque mailed to their corporate address.
TICKETS TO RECESS LAUNCH EVENT:
Attendance tickets to the RECESS Launch Event will be provided to each advertising company. Tickets do not include airfare, lodging, or any travel expenses to attend the Launch Event. Tickets are only valid on the date of the Launch Event, are non-transferrable, non-refundable, and carry no monetary value. Launch Event details will be provided to advertisers no less than 30 days prior to the event and will be sent through the exclusive event e-mailing list.
EXCLUSIVE ACCESS TO RECESS SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:
Advertisers will be enlisted in an exclusive event e-mailing list that will provide a schedule of upcoming events, news, and promotions.
